Die Dynamik der Geburt, eine neue Qualität der Verankerung des Atem des Lebens in der "Quelle" und das Phänomen der Anzündung (Ignition).Kursinhalte
Bei der Geburt muss das Kind eine neue Verbindung zum Lebensatem und seiner Potenz formen, damit es mit ganzer Kraft der Idee folgen kann, mit der es in diese Welt tritt. Wir bezeichnen das in diesem Zusammenhang als "Ignition" (Anzündung/Zündfunke) des Lebensatems, der uns noch einmal neu mit unserer Quelle verbindet. Da der menschliche Embryo seit dem Moment der Empfängnis in jedem Stadium seiner Entwicklung vollkommen und in sich vollständig ist, entfaltet sich die innewohnende Intelligenz des Lebensatems aus der Stille in die Gegenwart hinein und sucht die Verbindung mit unserem Bewusstsein. Wenn die Verbindung zur innewohnenden Bestimmung zum Beispiel durch ein Geburtstrauma geschwächt worden ist, dann kann das Kind an die systemische Vergangenheit und an die im genetischen Umfeld enthaltene Geschichte gebunden werden. Dadurch kann es passieren, dass es von seinem ursprünglichen Lebensplan abweichen muss um einen Weg in diese Welt zu finden. Wir lernen wie dieser "Zündfunke" neu entfacht werden kann, selbst wenn eine Schwächung wahrnehmbar scheint. Diese Ausbildungsstufe gibt uns die Möglichkeit, die Geburtsdynamik im Erwachsenen sowie im Kind zu tasten und zu begleiten. Die Eindrücke auf den Schädel, auf den gesamten Körper und auch die physiologischen und psychologischen Aspekte der Geburt werden diskutiert. Wir studieren die typischen weiblichen Beckenformen, die Stadien des Geburtsprozesses, wir schauen auf die Effekte, die verschiedene medizinische Eingriffe wie Kaiserschnitt, eingeleitete Geburt und Anästhesie für Mutter und Kind haben können. Wir sammeln Informationen über unsere eigene Geburtserfahrung und über den Geburtsprozess an sich und lernen in einer gut geerdeten Weise und frei von Drama im Hier und Jetzt mit den physiologischen und psychologischen Effekten der eigenen Geburtserfahrung in Kontakt zu treten. Wir betrachten aus verschiedenen Blickwinkeln, wie wir durch die Geburt emotional und körperlich geprägt werden. Wir schauen auch auf die Wirkung, die unsere moderne, häufig technisch-medizinische Art zu gebären auf unsere Gesellschaft haben kann. Wir lernen Wege kennen, wie wir jungen Eltern in der Praxis Handwerkszeug in die Hand geben, das ihnen hilft, die eigentliche Geburt und den Bonding-Prozess nach der Geburt bewusst zu gestalten. Die Teilnehmenden erlernen in Theorie und Praxis den komplexen Prozess der Geburt in seinen Grundzügen zu verstehen und zu begleiten. Sie verstehen die körperlichen, physiologischen und psychologischen Zusammenhänge und sind in der Lage sie in eigene Worte zu fassen.- Die natürliche Dynamik der Geburt

Kursziele
Die Teilnehmenden- Kennen natürliche Dynamiken der Geburt, die sogenannten Geburtsstadien: Präsentation, Rotationsstart, Rotationsabstieg, Austreibungsphase, Geburt und Bonding
- Wissen, wie vor und nach der Geburt mit Craniosacral Therapie unterstützt werden kann
- Kennen die Grundbedürfnisse von Kind und Eltern im Geburtsgeschehen (Bonding: Augenkontakt, Berührung, Stimmangebot, Nahrung)
- Kennen verschiede Beckenformen
- Verstehen die Bedeutung von Bonding und den primären Beziehungen für die Entwicklung des Menschen
- Vertiefen ihre Erfahrung mit achtsamer Kommunikation rings um das Thema Schwangerschaft und Geburt, die behutsame, unterstützende Formulierung von potentiellen Risiken
- Kennen die gängigen, medizinischen Interventionen im Geburtsprozess und ihre möglichen Folgen
- Kennen die Überlebensstrategie von Babies in lebensbedrohenden Situationen (Kampf-Flucht-Reaktion, Erstarren, Dissoziation)
- Vertiefen ihre Kenntnisse eines aktivierten ANS und den Überlebensstrategien von Erwachsenen (Erstarren, Dissoziation, kämpfen/flüchten oder kommunizieren)
- Wissen, erkennen die Auswirkungen der Geburt auf Occiput und das Atlanto-Occipital-Gelenk und können diese Auswirkungen mit Craniosacralen Handhaltungen begleiten
- Kennen relative Kontra-Indikationen für die Arbeit mit Babys und Kleinkindern
- Können ein paar der Zeichen medizinischer Interventionen (Saugglocke, Anästhesie) am Körper des Menschen erkennen und eigenständig benennen und beschreiben

Course contents
At birth, the child must form a new connection with the breath of life and its potency, so that it can follow with all its strength the idea with which it enters this world. In this context, we call this "Ignition" of the Breath of Life, which connects us once again with our Source. Since the human embryo is perfect and complete in itself at every stage of its development from the moment of conception, the indwelling intelligence of the breath of life unfolds from stillness into the present and seeks connection with our consciousness. If the connection to the indwelling destiny has been weakened, for example, by birth trauma, then the child may become attached to the systemic past and to the history contained in the genetic environment. As a result, it may have to deviate from its original life plan to find a way into this world. We learn how to rekindle this "spark" even when a weakening seems to be perceptible.
This level of training gives us the opportunity to palpate and accompany the birth dynamics in the adult as well as in the child. The impressions on the skull, on the whole body and also the physiological and psychological aspects of birth are discussed. We study the typical female pelvic shapes, the stages of the birth process, we look at the effects that different medical interventions such as cesarean section, induced labor and anesthesia can have on mother and child. We gather information about our own birth experience and about the birth process itself, and learn to connect with the physiological and psychological effects of our own birth experience in a well-grounded way, free of drama in the here and now. We look at how we are shaped emotionally and physically by birth from a variety of perspectives. We also look at the effect that our modern, often technical medical way of giving birth can have on our society. We will learn ways to give tools to young parents in practice that will help them to be intentional about the actual birth and the bonding process after birth. Participants will learn in theory and practice to understand and accompany the complex process of birth in its basic features. They understand the physical, physiological and psychological connections and are able to put them into their own words.

- Deepen their experience with mindful communication around the topic of pregnancy and birth, the gentle, supportive formulation of potential risks
- Know the common, medical interventions in the birth process and their possible consequences
- Know the survival strategies of babies in life-threatening situations (fight-flight response, freezing, dissociation)
- Deepen their knowledge of an activated ANS and adult survival strategies (freeze, dissociation, fight/flight or communicate)
- Know, recognize the effects of birth on occiput and the atlanto-occipital joint and can accompany these effects with craniosacral hand postures
- Know relative contra-indications for working with babies and young children
- Are able to recognize a few of the signs of medical interventions (suction cup, anesthesia) on the human body and to name and describe them independently
